Customer Service Desk Coordinator Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Location: Filton, Bristol Salary Range: £25,000 per annum Contract type: Permanent, Full-time Join Our Team and Make a Real Impact Are you an organised problem-solver who loves helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, our Customer Service team at our Alarm Receiving Centre in Bristol would love to meet you. We're looking for a Customer Service Desk Coordinator who can bring confidence, accuracy and a great customer experience to every interaction. You'll be joining a supportive team of five, led by our Customer Experience Manager, working together to support security system installers and users across the UK. If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and wants to grow within a friendly and established organisation, this could be the perfect next step. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping our customers informed, supported and confident in their security systems. Day-to-day, you'll: Handle incoming calls and give clear, reliable updates Support customers via phone, email and other channels Maintain accurate customer records across multiple systems Produce reports and complete high-volume data entry tasks Commission new CCTV and alarm systems using dedicated software Investigate and resolve customer complaints Provide admin support to our Accounts and Sales teams Offer first-line technical assistance Deliver consistently high standards of customer service Follow all relevant regulations and company policies You'll be the sort of person who enjoys keeping things organised, finding solutions and helping people feel reassured. What Were Looking For Were seeking someone who is: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicating by phone and email Calm, empathetic and customer-focused A natural problem solver and self-starter Keen to learn new systems and understand technical information Experienced with at least 2 years in an admin or customer service role Comfortable with SLAs and prioritising a busy workload Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel If you enjoy owning your work and being the person people can rely on, we want to hear from you.
