Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Duty Manager located in Telford. The Duty Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Responsibilities include supervising team members, implementing company policies, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with management to meet sales targets and drive operational efficiency.
