Non-Contentious Competition – Prestigious International Firm | 1.5-4 PQE
Our client is one of the world’s most prestigious law firms, with a top-tier competition team that operates seamlessly across borders. Their clients include leading financial institutions, Fortune and FTSE 100 companies across all industries, regulatory bodies, and national governments.
The team advises on the full range of competition, regulation, and trade matters, including:
* Merger control
* Antitrust advice
* Regulatory matters
* State aid, public procurement, WTO, and trade
* Cartel and behavioural investigations
* Competition litigation (private enforcement and appeals)
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Associate with 1.5-4 years' PQE to focus primarily on non-contentious competition work.
To be considered, you will have:
* A strong academic background
* 1.5-4 years’ PQE in competition law, likely gained at an international firm
* Solid legal, drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* The drive and initiative to excel in a high-profile, market-leading team
