Hospitality Manager required to support an established Charity. This position offers an annual salary of 38,628, working 43 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with one weekend worked every 5 weeks.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and creative Hospitality Manager to join a charity focused on helping others. Working as part of the Senior Management team, this individual will serve as a Duty Manager one weekend in 5, allowing them to gain comprehensive insight into the organisation's operations.
Duties:
* Manage a team of 3 chefs and 6 general assistants
* Lead catering operations for 175 residents and the local community
* Plan menus and staff rosters
* Manage the financial budget
* Implement and monitor stock rotation and food wastage
* Develop and deliver staff training on food hygiene and allergen awareness
* Monitor revenue from the café and restaurant

Experience required:
* City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent
* Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate
* Experience managing and supervising catering for 50-100 people
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to organise a busy workload, remain calm under pressure, and take a proactive approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
