About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially focused Lease Advisory Surveyor to join a growing landlord & tenant team. This is a key role created due to an internal move and continued team expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on rent reviews, lease renewals, and third-party referrals
* Working across industrial and office assets
* Providing strategic advice to landlords, funds, and occupiers
* Delivering high-quality client service across Greater London, Hertfordshire, Essex, and Kent
Candidate Profile
* Currently working in a commercial landlord & tenant role
* Ideally from a mid-sized or national landlord & tenant team
* Strong knowledge of Greater London, Herts, Essex, and Kent markets
* Comfortable acting for landlords, funds, or tenants
* MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (APC-level candidates will not be considered)
* Confident communicator with proven negotiation skills
