This role’s main objective is to understand and apply individual customer brands to their Interact intranet. To collaborate with strategists and customers to fulfil business objectives. Success can be gauged by customer satisfaction rates and intranet user adoption.
The role also includes supporting Sales, Support and the Engineering teams. This includes suggesting improvements, resolving issues and streamlining business processes.
Occasionally this role will also include assisting operation and Marketing departments with various tasks.
A little about you...
* Creative/Design-related Degree
* Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar
* Minimum of 3 years professional experience
* Intermediate HTML and CSS ability
* Basic JavaScript ability
* An understanding of graphic and web design principles
* Must have a keen eye for design, with the ability to innovative and creative beautiful design solutions
* Strong communication skills
About the role...
* Iteratively create and amend customer themes and content
* Deliver on-going design support for existing customer intranet designs
* Service in-house design requests from Marketing and Operations
* Support Sales and Pre-Sales design requirements
* Create and maintain templates where required
* Suggest and illustrate product improvements
* Suggest and illustrate business processes around design within Professional Services/Customer Delivery
* Liaise with support and QA teams to ensure product design stability
* Liaise with Engineering teams to ensure product design stability
