Springfield Care Home is looking for a full time Senior Care Assistant (Days) and (Nights) to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
* Assist with mobility, ambulation and mobility tools
* Administer medications in line with the homes policies and procedures.
* Compile person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
* Manage and lead a team.
* Work alongside external professionals.
* You must be able to make decisions based on residents needs and wants.
* Provide companionship and basic emotional support for residents.
* You must have understanding of the Mental Capacity Act.
* Be able to demonstrate communication skills with individuals in the community.
