Sub Agent Location - Plymouth My client is looking for a Sub Agent to join the Water Retain Barrier Team on a live MOD site in Plymouth Key Tasks - Maintaining high personal standards and behaviour in health and safety, environmental and supporting others in the same. - Leading, supervising and mentoring your reportees and other team members. - Monitoring and recording delivery against the agreed programme and construction methods, - identifying shortfalls and devising mitigation to minimise programme impacts. - Maintaining good working relations with client, delivery teams, support teams, supply chain and others. - Assist with the monthly and quarterly commercial forecast and reporting for your areas of project. - Ensuring sufficient resources (labour, plant, materials and subcontractors) are procured and available - in sufficient time to deliver the activities within your area of responsibility. - Managing the engineering team to ensure that works are accurately and clearly set out before work commences. - Reviewing and ensuring that Inspection and Test Plans and checklist are in place and being followed. - Reviewing the daily diary records under your supervision to ensure a high standard of record keeping is being maintained. - Reviewing, authorising and ensuring written risk assessments and activity plans/method statements are in place prior to works commencing for all activities within your area of responsibi...
