Senior Project Manager Role – £16M CAT A Fit-Out In Reading
Salary – up to £95,000 + A generous Package
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to lead a major commercial fit-out project from inception to completion?
Our client, a respected fit-out and refurbishment contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the helm on a £16 million CAT A office fit-out in Reading, which includes light cut & carve and external works.
The Role:
As Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the project, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and budget targets are met.
You’ll report to the Divisional Director and lead a full site team to successfully deliver this high-profile scheme.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all site activities and manage the project from pre-construction through to handover
* Manage site-based teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors
* Develop and monitor programme, cost, and resource plans
* Ensure H&S compliance and quality standards are met or exceeded
* Liaise with client, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Deliver the project on time and within budget
Requirements:
* Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects £10m+
* Experience with CAT A/B fit-outs and structural alterations (cut & carve)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
* SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid
* UK project experience essential
