We are pleased to be working with a growing business based in Banbury that are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to continue developing in a progressive and dynamic tech company, whilst taking ownership of the finance function. Offering £50,000 + mostly remote working pattern.
Key responsibilities:
1. Undertake bookkeeping, including ledger maintenance, supplier maintenance and management accounts preparation
2. Building the accounting processes out to future proof the business
3. Preparing statutory accounts and finalise accounts
4. Prepare annual business plans for sales team
5. Prepare quarterly sales teams commission figures to senior management
6. Prepare quarterly rebate schedules for value added resellers and reconcile rebate account on a monthly basis
7. Processing purchase and sales invoices
8. Payroll, Dividends and RTI
9. Processing monthly payrolls to employees and HMRC PAYE tax
10. Manage forex (FX) and multi-currency vendor payments
11. Manage business banking savings interest accounts
12. Assist in credit checks and assigning credit
13. Assist in new partner setup forms
14. Reconciling bank accounts
15. Preparing quarterly VAT Returns for UK and Ireland entities
16. Identify and improve/implement procedures and processes to improve workflows
17. Undertake your duties to uncover cost savings for the business
18. Cash flow and general business advice to senior management

19. Experience in a similar role
20. The ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
21. Good IT skills including Excel
22. Excellent communication skills
