Our client, a well-established and employee-owned construction consultancy, is seeking a Building Control Advisor to join their professional services team. Specialising in surveying, project management, CDM, and building safety compliance, they deliver expert advice across a wide range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, industrial, and manufacturing.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a non-regulatory advisory role, supporting compliance with the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations on high-value and complex projects.
