Role Description
As a full-time Mortgage Adviser at Sequence (UK) Ltd, you will be based on-site in West Yorkshire, assisting clients with their mortgage and protection needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating clients' financial situations, offering tailored mortgage and insurance solutions, liaising with lenders and solicitors, and maintaining excellent knowledge of the latest mortgage products and regulations. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive professional advice and a high level of service throughout their journey to secure financing for their properties.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of mortgage products, financial regulations, and associated compliance requirements
* Proven communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build relationships with clients
* Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing financial information and advising on appropriate solutions
* Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines
* Experience using industry-specific software and tools is advantageous
* CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required
* Proficiency in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Previous experience in financial or mortgage advising is preferred
