1. Basic Salary: £44,600
2. On Target Earnings: £48,800
3. Hours: 40 per week

Key Responsibilities for the Master Technician:
6. Carrying out complex diagnostics and repair work to manufacturer standards
7. Supporting and guiding fellow technicians with technical challenges
8. Ensuring all work meets DVSA and health & safety regulations
9. Delivering a high standard of workmanship consistently
10. Liaising with the service team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Responsibilities for the Master Technician:
11. A recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance (IMI, NVQ or equivalent)
12. Proven experience in a Master Technician role or similar senior-level position
13. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across a wide range of systems
14. A full UK driving licence
15. A methodical approach and strong attention to detail
