Join Our Team as a Project Worker 2 - Volunteer Coordinator

At G-old Sure Start, we know the power of community. For over 24 years, we've been supporting families with children under 4 across Mid Ulster, delivering high-quality, inclusive services that focus on early learning, positive parenting, health, wellbeing, and family connection.

Now, we're looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our passionate team. This is a rewarding role where you'll play a vital part in shaping, growing, and celebrating the contribution of volunteers who make such a difference to children and families in our catchment area

As Volunteer Coordinator, you will:

* Recruit, train, and support volunteers for our Early Years Programmes and our Breastfeeding Peer Support Service.
* Provide ongoing guidance and supervision, ensuring volunteers feel confident, valued, and supported.
* Build strong partnerships with community groups, schools, colleges, and health professionals to promote volunteering.
* Organise recognition and celebration events that showcase the impact of volunteering.
* Act as the first point of contact for new volunteers, helping them feel welcome and connected.

This is a varied and people-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys bringing people together and empowering them to make a difference.

Please see the attached Additional Information Sheet for further details.
