Responsibilities
- To support and assist the department's senior sister in the management of the orthopaedic unit and nursing staff.
- To provide leadership to teams of nurses in the delivery of multidisciplinary, high quality patient-centred care.
- Ensures, along with the departmental senior sister, the implementation and adherence of Trust, National and professional policies, whilst ensuring all team members develop both professionally and practically.
