The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and well-established Clinical Negligence department handling a varied and interesting caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from instruction through to settlement.
* Conduct detailed investigations into liability, causation, and quantum.
* Draft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
* Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other parties effectively and professionally.
* Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team and firm.
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE).
* Experience handling clinical negligence
* Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
