Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Melksham, Wiltshire
Hours: 8:20am – 3:00pm
Salary: £145 – £177 per day

I am pleased to be working with a key client school in Melksham, supporting with the engagement of both daily and long term supply teachers. This is a Good school, with a dynamic and forward thinking senior leadership team, enriched curriculum and can offer fantastic longer term opportunities. The school are looking for driven and ambitious teachers across all subject specialisms, to join their schools supply staff team in order to offer consistent learning opportunities to students.
The right person for this role will;
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification with demonstrable schools based experience – or for Early career teachers (ECT) who are looking to gain further school based experience.
* Be able to build a good rapport with students and fellow teachers
* Demonstrate fantastic behaviour management, in line with the schools policies
* Be proactive, engaging and adaptable – with a keen desire to make a difference to children through their education.
* Up to date curriculum knowledge – detailed planning and marking is mainly provided – the right person should be able to demonstrate updated curriculum knowledge in order to implement and lead the planned lesson accordingly.
