“Find your role”
The People Data Ownership and Integration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management, governance, and architecture of all Workday data related to Asda’s workforce and the oversight (including into downstream integrations), day to day management and problem-solving for all People related integrations.
Your Role
Data Management:
7. Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework for people-related data within Workday.
8. Establish data management policies and procedures to ensure the security, accuracy, and privacy of people data.
9. Monitor and audit data management practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
10. Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement measures to improve data accuracy and consistency.
11. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all data management practices adhere to relevant legal requirements and industry standards.
Integration Management
12. Work with AMS team to ensure all relevant monitoring and alerting to ensure seamless operation of People systems.
13. Monitor and maintain integrity and security during the integration process, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
14. Proactively support integration incident management processes when required.
15. Manage the roadmap of future integrations and how our people systems interact with them.
16. Collaborate on monitoring, alerts, security assignments, and audit activities, working closely with the AMS team and Service & Governance team to ensure seamless integration operations.
17. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on integration tools and processes.
Continuous Improvement & Adoption
18. Support continuous improvement of data quality and integration with Workday and explore new features of the platform.
19. Support the provision of inputs for governance boards as per pre-defined frameworks and templates.
20. Support concerned stakeholders to identify root causes to ongoing challenges.
21. Support in determining which opportunities to pursue with in alignment to the organisational goals.
22. Stay abreast of latest trends and leading practices in the market.

23. Proven experience in Data Stewardship and Integration Management.
24. Proven experience in managing integrations in Workday.
25. Excellent communication skills to effectively work with the different teams and stakeholders in line with the product vision and requirements.
26. Strong understanding of HR technology systems
27. Strong organisational skills
28. Excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
29. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
30. Ideally educated to a degree level in a relevant field (human resources, information technology, business administration etc.).
31. Demonstrated experience in managing data governance and integrations in Workday is highly desirable.
32. Possessing a strong background with demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience in the latest integration technology approaches is desirable.
33. Proven track record of staying abreast of and successfully applying advancements in integration technology is desirable.
34. Previous experience in stakeholder management, and coordination with cross-functional and cross-technical teams is advantageous.
