I’m working with a well-established and growing firm based in Battle, looking to recruit a skilled Residential Conveyancer. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ PQE who’s ready to manage a full caseload and progress their career in a supportive, forward-thinking team.The Role: You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including:
* Sales and purchases (freehold & leasehold)
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Shared Ownership
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX
* 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Confident managing files independently
* Strong client care and communication skills
