A unique opportunity to be part of this recession‑proof and phenomenally profitable sector.
UK based Area Directors with Franchise HR Specialist Consultancy
Running your own HR consultancy can be rewarding, flexible, and empowering – it may feel slightly scary if you’ve not done it before, but a supportive franchise model can help you launch quickly and sustainably.
The offer
We offer experienced, CIPD‑qualified HR professionals a chance to build their own businesses and provide commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes and sectors. If you specialise in a particular sector or have a professional service background, that’s even better.
Business Development Opportunities
Through our network of referrers, each of our seven Area Directors has found their first client opportunity. We aim to do the same for you.
Our plans
We are looking to open only 2–3 new franchises each year, with a maximum of 12–15. Barriers to entry are deliberately low for the right people, but a value‑for‑money upfront investment and strong professional skills are required.
You are…
• An experienced and qualified HR professional, authorised to live and work in the UK
• Driven, committed and passionate about running a successful HR/training consultancy
• Open to taking control of your future, balancing work/life, and leveraging a supportive team

Qualifications
* Experience as an HR Specialist, HR Director or equivalent senior HR role.
* CIPD qualification preferred.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a franchise support team.
