As a Leads Generator, you'll be the engine that drives new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective customers, with a strong focus on the property sector. A background in lettings or estate agency will give you a head start, as you'll already speak the language of landlords and agents.
Key Responsibilities Leads Generator:
Research, identify, and target potential customers in the landlord and property management space.
Proactively reach out via calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Track and meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.Key skills for the Leads Generator:
Experience in lettings, estate agency, or property sales is highly desirable.
Previous B2B or B2C lead generation experience (SaaS experience desired).
Confident communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
