You will lead a varied portfolio of clients including HNWIs, business owners, partnerships, landed estates. As part of a growing tax team, you will take ownership of client relationships, oversee compliance and advisory work, and play a visible leadership role within the office.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including compliance and advisory work
Reviewing tax returns and ensuring all filings meet current legislation
Supporting client queries and HMRC correspondence
Advising on matters such as residency, property, inheritance planning, and trusts (depending on experience)
Involvement in business development and growing existing client relationships
Mentoring and reviewing work of junior staff
Contributing to internal initiatives and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent); QBE candidates may also be considered
Strong personal tax compliance and advisory background within a UK accountancy firm
Experience managing client relationships and leading a team
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Motivated, personable, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
