Must-have Skills
* Experience leading teams and direct contact with client
* 8 years + working with React and TypeScript
* Demonstrated expertise in adapting to different full-stack environments.
* Strong Software Engineering fundamentals
* AI knowledge an experience.

* AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
