Office Manager/ Project Coordinator\n\n * Positive Office Environment\n\n * Varied role support role\n\n * Ability to develop role\n\n * Work in the construction & property sector\n\n * Fun social team\n\n * Flexible working - may suit school hours\n\nThis client is looking to appoint an Office Manager/Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to the site teams and its supply chain.\n\nThe client is a quality focussed housing developer with a great repuation based on high quality developments.\n\nThis is a fun and social environment and you will enjoy being part of a successful business which values its staff and external relationships.\n\nDuties\n\n●Administration & support for the site teams\n\n●Manage weekly site reports with site managers for the review of company directors\n\n●Create and manage project drawing packs\n\n●Assist remotely with new site setup & H&S compliance (with the support of H&S consultant)\n\n●Maintain a subcontractor directory (up to date insurance, CIS and contact details)\n\n●Manage the fleet of commercial vehicles\n\n●Manage the H&S training programme for employees and organise group training event\n\nDeal with day-to-day customer / subcontractor enquiries.\n\nYou will be supported by the company Directors and the internal project man...
