Role Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the established CLCH Adult Learning Disability Service. The service operates across multiple sites within an integrated health and social care setting in London.
Responsibilities
* Manage a clinical caseload, carrying out assessments and delivering interventions to adults with learning disabilities across clinical, community and domiciliary settings.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team and alongside health and social care partners to deliver integrated care.
* Contribute to service development through initiatives, projects and quality improvement work.
* Work independently within the Learning Disability team while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
Professional Growth
* Access regular supervision from an experienced Band 7 OT.
* Participate in training, projects, quality improvement initiatives and clinical audit to support career progression.
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
* Experience in paediatrics, neuro‑disability or mental health is advantageous.
