With a Patient-focused Approach, You Will:
* Lead a team of Dispensing Assistants and Accuracy Checking Technicians to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive, high-quality dispensary service.
* Support the Chief Technicians for technical services by creating a team of rotational assistants and technicians that supports stock replenishment, dispensary, and ward-based services.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, qualified Pharmacy Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with significant operational management experience in Pharmacy Services, as well as knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
You will provide a Pharmacy Technician leadership role at Wythenshawe Hospital, deputising for the Operational Lead Pharmacy Technician as necessary. You will be responsible for a team of Specialist Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Technicians, and Medicines Management Assistants, managing staff performance and HR. Additionally, you will monitor operational KPIs and ensure actions are taken to maintain them. Acting as a professional role model, you will develop positive relationships with key personnel.
