About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to oversee the catering service in a care setting. You will be responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet a wide variety of dietary needs, while managing the kitchen team and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities Provide homely, nutritious meals that cater to diverse dietary requirements.
Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure appropriate kitchen cover.
Organise and oversee all aspects of catering operations, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Ensure statutory training is completed for catering staff.
Conduct regular stock takes and maintain agreed stock levels.
Build positive communication with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
Manage the catering budget and produce monthly financial performance reports.

Requirements Previous experience as a Chef Manager or similar role.
