We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect to work in any of our 3 studio locations, Leicester, Birmingham or London to lead on the Industrial and Logistics sector for us. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a very good knowledge of the sector and have worked effectively in all RIBA work stages.
Successful candidates are required to have:
* arb registration
* excellent leadership skills
* experience of acting as lead designer running major projects
* experience and interest in delivering large scale residential projects
* knowledge and understanding of UK town planning policy
* detailed understanding of the Building Regulations and British Standards
* experience of producing technical drawing packs and details for tender and construction
* experience of working through RIBA stages 0-6
* experience of writing and reviewing NBS specifications
* excellent presentation skills/ability to take stakeholders through complex topics with clarity
* the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
* excellent time management skills
* knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
