Join Our Team as a Performance & Development Delivery Coach
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
An exciting opportunity has come available for a Performance & Development Delivery Coach to join us at our Chesterfield site. This role sits within the Member Services Business Change team, working collaboratively across the disciplines of Change Management, Operational Excellence, Quality Management and Technical Competency.
Within this role as Performance & Development Delivery Coach you will support the delivery of learning interventions which improve organisational capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
What you’ll do:
* Work with the Head of Quality & Technical Competence and the Performance & Delivery Specialist to create, develop, maintain and deliver a technical training programme covering both a core and non-core pensions curriculum.
* Work with the Head of Quality & Technical Competence and Performance and Development Specialist to develop both core technical content of the Pensions Academy and non-pensions training to support the delivery of best-in-class service.
* Work with the Head of Quality & Technical Competence, Performance and Development Specialist and other supporting functions to embed the strategy around employee development.
* Partner with relevant stakeholders in the business to create a consistent and commercial value adding approach to learning and developing MS capability aligned to future business requirements.
* Work with external and internal stakeholders to promote learning within Brightwell, including relationships with key stakeholders.
* Work with the wider business change team and operation to define, create or source training solutions and coordinate or directly deliver training as appropriate.
This role would suit someone with:
* Proven ability of defining learning needs, creating learning solutions and effectively delivering them.
* Knowledge and understanding of differing learning styles and adapting approaches to suit.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret detailed technical information and present this to non-technical colleagues or third-party providers.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and influence colleagues at all levels within the organisation and able to work comfortably in a highly collaborative setting.
* Knowledge and experience of working with external education and training providers to develop appropriate solutions for the core and non-core pensions curriculum.
