Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, responsible for looking after the differing needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support. About You / Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (required).
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
* Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualized care and support.
* Opportunity for career development through ongoing training; progression to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles is possible.
