In this pivotal role, you’ll be a driving force on our park management team, working alongside staff to create memorable guest experiences while strategically steering our F&B operations towards sustainable, profitable growth.
With a balance of daily engagement and forward-thinking, you’ll build and empower customer-facing teams to deliver outstanding service across all interactions.

What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a high-caliber Food & Beverage Manager to take the reins of our food & beverage operations and create an environment where a team can thrive and our guests can take away memories that will last a lifetime; whilst still having an analytical mind that can process KPIs and drive the right behaviour through standards and leadership. You will need to:
* Manage, lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver delight.
* Oversee the smooth running of our food & beverage operations, ensure preparation for service, and oversee service and after-service duties.
* Maximise sales whilst driving profitable growth with care and flair.
* Lead and manage all aspects of stock control, implementing company policies for efficient ordering, accurate deliveries, and thorough stock-taking. Ensure all team members follow standards for food and drink service to maintain consistency and achieve stock targets.
* Deliver KPIs and profit targets through smart budget planning, commercial awareness, and motivating leadership.
* Take full ownership of all food & beverage elements for events, working with the events team to ensure accurate costing and standards, and oversee execution for a seamless guest experience.
* Support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences by providing strong leadership and motivation to both permanent and seasonal teams.
* Be responsible for health and safety, ensuring statutory obligations are met and team training is provided.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
We are looking for a high-caliber Food & Beverage Manager, so you will need:
* Commercial focus with experience in delivering both short- and long-term profits, with the customer experience at the core.
* A proven track record in managing, leading, and developing teams within hospitality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to engage colleagues to implement new strategies successfully.
* Hands-on, self-motivated, ambitious, with common sense and a sense of humour.
Experience in Holiday Parks is a plus.
