Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment
o Recruit students from Africa and the Middle East, maintaining a cohort of 25 students
o Develop relationships with partners, agents, and schools
o Travel for recruitment events and school visits
o Provide detailed information about Ashbourne and student life in London
2. Relationship Management & Student Support
o Build and maintain relationships with students and families
o Serve as primary contact for recruited students
o Coordinate with tutors and support staff
o Organize social and extracurricular activities
3. Translation & Communication
o Translate documents and marketing materials into Arabic
o Assist with interpretation during meetings and discussions
o Perform additional tasks as assigned
4. Administrative Duties
o Maintain recruitment records
o Support application processing
o Collaborate with academic and administrative teams
5. General Responsibilities
o Participate in meetings and training
o Represent Ashbourne at events
o Build relationships with colleagues, students, and families based on kindness and respect
Person Specification
* Sales experience, preferably in education or recruitment
* Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are desirable
* Willingness to travel extensively within Africa and the Middle East
