Senior Talent Partner at Moxie | Recruiting Property, Maintenance & Surveying Talent into Social Housing
We’re after a hands-on Building ( repairs) Surveyor to join a housing team Moxie are partnered with, inspecting homes, spotting defects, and delivering practical solutions. You’ll manage repairs, planned, minor, and support projects from start to finish.
Day-to-day
* Inspect properties and assess repairs or disrepair issues.
* Prepare technical reports and schedules of work.
* Work with trades, contractors, and internal teams to make sure jobs are done right.
* Approve and monitor adaptations like Disabled Facility Grants.
* Support planned maintenance programmes and provide practical advice.
* Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with queries or complaints.
You’ll need
* Experience in building surveying
* HND/HNC, or equivalent in Building Surveying or construction-related field.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Confident with Microsoft Office; maintenance software experience is a plus.
