We are recruiting for a Treatment Coordinator to join our Front of House team in Reading. Our ethos is to offer exceptional service to all our patients and to support them throughout their journey with us. This role is integral to providing that level of patient care.
We are ideally looking for a Dental background in either reception or nursing but will also consider strong candidates that have worked alongside clients that excel at rapport and relationship building.
The role will suit a candidate that is highly personable, motivated, and organised and has the ability to build lasting relationships with our patients, dentists and wider team. A true “people person” that thrives on exceeding patient’s expectations.
Key Responsibilities
To provide an excellent level of service to our patients and exceed their expectations throughout their patient journey with us.
Handling initial enquiries both phone, email, and face to face. Arranging consultations to fully understand a patient’s requirements and making referrals to our dentists. You will also be involved in attending the dental consultation with the patient.
Managing the relationship throughout the process, overseeing financial arrangements, and following up on all consultations.
You will need to be able to multitask as there is a requirement to use a number of systems and platforms. You will need previous administration experience to be able to send communication and financial information to the patients.
About You
You will have a passion for customer service and desire to achieve excellence.
Will have had previous experience working with customers both face to face and by phone.
Ideally have experience working within the dental industry.
Be willing and open to learning new methods/skills and have flexible approach to work.
