This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Southampton office, with hybrid working available. Role Overview Our in-house Talent Acquisition team is passionate about delivering exceptional service — to both our candidates and the business functions we support. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll work closely with hiring managers across various corporate functions to define and deliver high-quality sourcing strategies that support great hiring decisions. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping shape recruitment activity that’s aligned with business priorities and delivered with care, consistency, and professionalism. This pivotal role will involve: Partnering with business functions to deliver tailored resourcing solutions, using internal and external recruitment data to inform decisions Translating role requirements into effective sourcing and selection strategies Using tools and platforms to proactively attract top talent, offering a value-added service that rivals external agencies Ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, with regular communication and a personal touch Supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle Building strong relationships across the business to understand needs and deliver impactful hiring outcomes This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis for 12 months.
