This will include: Managing an active calendar of appointments and arranging business travel plans, itineraries, and agendas Preparation of all necessary reports, letters, PowerPoint presentations etc. which ensures the President is professionally prepared for all his meetings Take responsibility for supporting Departmental/Divisional meetings as required Support EVP with regards to Board meetings and interactions with Board and industry players Manage various requests (telephone/teams calls, meetings, visits) originating internally, externally or from the EVP, prioritising topics that ensure professional running of the office with insight, discretion and diplomacy Event Management and organisation Purchasing and budget management The training you will be getting You will receive support from an assessor to help you prepare for your End Point Assessment covering: Knowledge Skills Behaviour As required to meet the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
