Main duties of the job OPERATIONALRESPONSIBILITIES Totake responsibility of the virtual ward caseload and the associated day-to-daywork allocation and management duties. Toundertake an in-depth holistic first assessment visit, enable service usersto access remote monitoring technology, plan, implement and evaluate care inline with care plan. Applicants must be on the NMC register and be fully qualified RGN / Adults with minimum 12 months post registration experience, preferably in palliative care. In addition to your proven clinical skills, we are looking for excellent communication skills, empathy and sensitivity, good team working and a flexible approach to the role.
