We are on the hunt for an energetic,positive,and highly motivatedDutyManager with experience from a busypuborrestaurantenvironment, ideally as Duty Manager or Senior Supervisor. Thecompany/venue is all about energy, ithasamazingfreshly cooked food witha great varietyof draught beer,wines,and fantasticcocktailsand an awesome new leisure concept!
We are looking for candidates that ideally have short notice periods or can startimmediatelyas the position is currently available!
Responsibilities:
1. Maximizing sales across all aspects of the business
2. Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to
3. Coaching and developing the existing team as well as new members of staff
4. Support the General Manager with daily tasks both FOH and BOH
5. Tackle all due diligence with confidencein a timely manner
6. Run shifts with well-prepared briefings
7. Maintain and grow the company reputation
