Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Bracknell, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Sales Engineer will support pre- and post-sales activities by providing expert guidance on the technical implementation of Inner Range’s security and access control systems.
Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, supporting potential and existing clients with technical queries, assisting the sales team with solution design, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The role will also involve ensuring timely technical support to enhance customer satisfaction and promote long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
* Expertise in Sales Engineering, with a keen ability to design and articulate technical solutions
* Proficiency in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting complex systems
* Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams
* Experience in Sales and Customer Service to build lasting relationships and understand client needs
* Ability to work independently as part of a hybrid team and manage a balanced work schedule
* Technical qualification or relevant experience in security, IT, or electronics is advantageous
* Experience with enterprise-level security, access control, or building automation systems is a plus
