Healthcare Support Worker Adult Community Nursing

This is a part-time post (30 hours) per week working 08:30–14:30 Monday–Friday. Salary is pro‑rata for part‑time hours.
Responsibilities
The post holder will work as part of the Community Treatment and Care Service within East Dunbartonshire HSCP to support implementation of the Primary Care Improvement Plan. Duties include delivering care to patients requiring phlebotomy, measuring blood pressure, height and weight, with future role expansion in line with service requirements. The post holder will be based within treatment rooms/GP surgeries throughout East Dunbartonshire and may carry out domiciliary visits if needed.
Minimum Requirements
* SVQ Level 3 Healthcare or equivalent experience
* Phlebotomy experience preferable
* Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* IT skills
* Car driver
