Job Description:
We are growing our Organisational Development Team during a period of change for NHS Dumfries and Galloway, and we are seeking an individual to join our dedicated ODL Team, to support the management of all the administrative tasks. Ideally you will thrive in a busy environment, love work centred on making NHS Dumfries and Galloway a great place to work for everyone and enjoy variety.
This is an exciting time to join us as our Culture Improvement Plan activity will be a key focus for the next few years.
You will support the Head of OD and wider team to keep them organised and on top of a busy design and delivery schedule. Other key tasks will be co-ordinating a communications plan, overseeing team mailboxes and some direct help for the Head of ODL, and other tasks that are in keeping with the expectations of the role.
You will be working closely with staff across the ODL team, Workforce and colleagues across the Directorates. A good level of both verbal and written skills will be required, and confidence using MS365 Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word etc. There will be a variety of spreadsheets and documents to keep updated, therefor a good eye for detail is essential.
A key deliverable for the organisation is the embedding of the CORE Values and Behaviours Framework. As part of the team tasked to engage the workforce, role modelling these will be paramount. You will be asked to attend onsite sessions to support note taking, room preparation.
You will have excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously to problem solve, resolve issues and interact with multi members of the team regularly. Ideally, you will have done a similar role and have a background of managing multiple processes at the same time, whilst delivering an excellent level of service.
If you have read the above and are excited about the prospect of working with us, then please apply.
