As Sous Chef you'll: Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef - stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.
Responsibilities
* Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Accountable for running the line during service.
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills.
* Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
Qualifications
* Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.

Remuneration and Hours
Up to £13 per hour, 35hrs per week; reliable hours contract; CDP for career progression to Head Chef.
