This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking improved work-life balance, working a consistent 3 on / 3 off shift pattern with no scheduled weekend work. The Role: You will be collecting palletised freight from customers and completing trunking runs to a central hub. This is a structured role with a clear routine in a modern transport environment. Shift Pattern & Hours: 3 on / 3 off rotating rota Start time typically 14:00 (flexibility required) Minimum 30 hours guaranteed over 3 days No scheduled weekend work Overtime available Rota Overview (rotating pattern): Drivers follow a rolling 4-week pattern alternating working days across Monday to Friday. For example: Week 1: Mon-Wed OR Thu-Fri Mon Week 2: Tue-Thu OR Fri Mon-Tue Week 3: Wed-Fri OR Mon-Wed Week 4: Thu-Fri-Mon OR Tue-Thu This pattern then repeats, ensuring a fair and balanced distribution of shifts without fixed weekends.
