The Opportunity
Here is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as an Onsite Account Manager. In this role you will support our onsite team with Employee Relation cases, day to day operations and supply temporary workers to our clients incredibly successful automotive operation in Chichester .

What you'll do as an Onsite Account Manager
This role is all about maintaining and building relationships, using data to maximise efficiencies and pushing performance improvement wherever possible. As the Onsite Account Manager, you'll be adept at problem solving and understand how to get the best out of people. This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:
- You'll be responsible for managing, conducting and ensuring timely resolution for all Employee Relations cases in line with our policies and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance - including absence, disciplinaries up to and including dismissal, appeals, grievances, performance, flexible working.
- Building effective relationships and offering fantastic service to our workers & client, working in partnership with Staffline and the Client, attending meetings to celebrate successes and proactively highlight any challenges.
- Working closely with the Client and onsite team to grow an exceptional candidate pool for recruitment requirements, providing them with candidates within agreed timeframes. Occasionally completing onboarding processes for prospective candidates.
- Supporting and contributing to all candidates and workers experience with us, throughout the employee life cycle. Proactively reviewing feedback to implement improvements.
- Collecting and maintaining data for attendance and disciplinary, key reporting requirements, HRS management (SAP HRP & Universe).
- Managing compliance requirements, ensuring your site is compliant against policies such as Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), National Minimum Wage (NMW) and Right to Work.
- Becoming a trusted source of guidance for our processes and policies, providing either our client, workers or our onsite Account Coordinators advice and support.
- Stepping in for the Key Account Manager when they're offsite.
What we need from you...
By this point it should be clear that we want to give you development, we want to reward you correctly and we want you to stretch yourself in whatever role you do at Staffline. To be successful in this role however, we will need a few things:
- Previous experience of managing Employee Relation cases is essential, including more complex or sensitive cases.
- Have leadership skills and be able to show these qualities on a consistent basis.
- You'll be professional in your approach and able to show us that you really do have what it takes to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be comfortable working with and presenting data to stakeholders.
- An eye for detail and be able to give examples of problem solving.
- Most importantly though, you'll need to be tenacious, with a great attitude towards delivering an excellent service.
