We are excited to be recruiting for an Employee Relations Coordinator to join us and work collaboratively with the wider HR function, providing support with all HR/ ER related administrative tasks.
Please note this is a Fixed term contract intially for 1 month to support a project within the business with the possibility to extend month by month in line with business requirements
About the role
The Employee Relations Coordinator will report to our Group Employee Relations Manager and effective and efficient administrative support across the function, whilst building relationships with other internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with ongoing maintenance and support Helpdesk on the HR System, including preparation of staff files – offer letters, contracts etc.
2. Manage the relationship with our Occupational Heath provider by processing referrals, appointments and invoices.
3. Administrative duties including providing reference requests, maintenance of ER records and preparing postage of any HR/ER related paperwork.
