Family Lawyer –This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, niche litigation and family law practice in Kent, with a strong presence across the Southeast of England. This Legal 500 firm are known to deliver exceptional client service and pragmatic legal solutions in complex family matters, across all types of private and public law disputes.
About the Role
They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Family layer to join their established team. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, handling a varied caseload that will include, divorce, separation, financial settlements, Children Act matters, including contact, residence and parental responsibility, cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements, public law care proceedings, domestic violence applications and injunctions.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' PQE who brings an empathetic manner when advising clients during what is often a stressful period in their lives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong advocacy, drafting and interpersonal skills, alongside a compassionate, client-focused approach. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities are essential to effectively manage a varied caseload while maintaining a high standard of client care.
