Key Responsibilities:
 * Support the claims team with data accuracy checks and adjustments
 * Liaise with brokers and delegated claims authorities
 * Manage loss fund returns, queries, and claim closures
 * Assist with payment processing and performance reporting
 * Help investigate and reconcile variances
 * Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvements
