Why join Team Tax?
A career in ‘Team Tax’ involves becoming a qualified accountant and/or tax adviser, understanding and applying tax laws in the UK and internationally. It’s about applying the law to real-life situations and working with clients to add value — from saving money to mitigating tax risks and ensuring compliance.
In Team Tax, you'll combine work and study, gaining an understanding of tax while building a career you love. You’ll study towards professional qualifications like the ACA, ATT, and/or CTA, depending on your chosen area.
Tax is technically demanding, so we look for school leavers who are up for a challenge, thrive on learning new subjects, and are comfortable with numbers. As you grow in Team Tax, you'll be mentored in a culture that encourages growth and development. You will work directly with clients, understanding their wealth, growth plans, and other financial strategies.
