Position: IFA Administrator
Location: Ewell, Surrey
Minimum Requirements: 2 years' IFA Administration experience; Salesforce and AJ Bell experience preferred; Live a commutable distance from Ewell
Salary/package: Up to £36,000; Annual bonus; Study support; Employer pension scheme (5%+5%); 25 days annual leave; Hybrid working (1 day per week working from home after completion of training); Free parking

Our client is an award-winning boutique IFA firm based in Ewell, Surrey. Due to expansion, the company is currently looking to hire an experienced IFA Administrator to join it's Administration team.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Financial Planner and Paraplanner, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:
1. Management and processing of new business for pensions and investments.
2. Management of office diary.
3. Management and updating of back office systems
4. Use Wrap Platforms (AJ Bell, Nucleus, Transact) for new business and top ups.
5. Monitoring invoices on Xero.
6. Updating and monitoring of the new business register.
7. Ensuring adherence to Money Laundering Regulations.
8. Sending Letters of Authority to clients and obtaining financial information.
