The position is available in New York City or remotely.
We will train the successful candidate and provide industry know-how. Strong client relationships and customer management skills are essential.
Purpose of Role
* Manage all aspects of a Business Aviation charter flight, from initial request to booking and flight operation completion.
* Maximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions within budget and operational constraints while ensuring profitability.
* Develop and manage a client portfolio, actively seeking new business through leads, recommendations, and networking.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with aircraft providers to obtain and negotiate the best offers for clients.
* Secure cost-effective solutions for clients' charter needs through negotiation.
* Provide timely and detailed flight information to clients.
* Secure flight confirmations and maintain follow-up with clients and providers.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including contracts and insurance.
* Review supplier contracts to align with company standards.
* Prepare comprehensive flight briefs.
* Accurately record customer information in the CRM system.
* Stay informed about industry operations and capabilities.
* Maintain relationships with clients, leads, and industry partners to maximize opportunities.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of industry experience
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a team player
* Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills
